Samantha and Steve are owners/managers of their own property in addition to managing other properties and mentoring new short-term rental investors.

 

Samantha and Steve own a farm north of Perth and are both teachers and property managers.

We are the lucky owners of a holiday home in Mandurah on the beachfront. The house was bought in late 2018. We renovated it to rent on the short-stay rental market.

 

Our passion and excitement for the short-term rental market have developed into a keen interest in managing properties for other investors.

 

We also love to share our knowledge to mentor hosts or newbies who are just starting out.
