These stays are desirable as they give a higher return than long term rental and at the same time reduce the gaps between stays during that time. We are able to negotiate a good rate for you and provide an excellent service to insurance companies at the same time.

Services Management

Our housekeeping team will dress your beds in freshly laundered linens, supply essential toiletries and leave your home ‘guest-ready’. We ensure a welcome book is set out with a welcome letter, a small gift for the guests and ensure there is enough of the essentials left for guests to use. The house is cleaned to an outstanding standard and prepared show-home ready for the next guests. We have a gardener and handyman that are available to ensure your house and garden are in tip-top condition at an hourly rate.
